School Based Programs

What the Program Looks Like
Each session blends fun movement with meaningful mentoring to keep students engaged, build confidence, and support positive habits.

A typical session includes:

  • Warm-ups and structured movement activities

  • Group discussions on wellbeing topics

  • Reflection and personal development opportunities

  • Encouragement, role-modelling, and strengths-based guidance

This is not therapy or personal training - it’s a practical, strengths-based approach that combines mentorship, movement, and positive encouragement to create a meaningful experience for every student. We provide a safe, consistent space where young people can build resilience, improve routines, and develop skills that transfer back into the classroom and everyday life.

Kids Fitness & Mentoring

Build Confidence, Emotional Regulation & Focus

We offer 1:1 and small group Kids Fitness & Mentoring sessions designed to support children with confidence, focus, and emotional regulation. Sessions can be run at different times of the day, including before school - a great way for children to start their day grounded, supported, and ready to learn.

Ideal for young people who:

  • Have lots of morning energy and need a positive outlet

  • Struggle with attention, transitions, or routines

  • Find it hard to express or talk about emotions

  • Thrive in a safe, supportive space with encouragement

Through a mix of movement, mentoring, and routine-building, children learn to manage energy, develop confidence, and feel more prepared and focused for the school day.
