How It Works
NDIS Participants can sign up for weekly sessions at our Tonsley studio, their home, gym, or a park, depending on their preference and available funding. We establish goals for you to accomplish during your sessions, with training plans customised to meet your individual needs, ensuring they align with your NDIS Goals. Invoices are submitted weekly against Capacity Building: Exercise Physiology & Personal Well-being Activities.
