Training & Nutrition Coaching is perfect if you want to lose body fat, feel strong, build lean muscle mass or all of the above. You will have some knowledge around nutrition but need some extra guidance. You will receive personalised programming, one in person PT session, custom macronutrients and more.

One personal training session with Calvin per week

Customised training program (4 or 5 days per week)

Custom macro targets

Message support with Nutritionist, help choosing meals off menus when eating out, checking food labels, MFP support

Message support with a Personal Trainer for training queries

App access with exercise demonstration videos, progress tracker for weight, photos & measurements, custom training program

Fortnightly check ins including My Fitness Pal review, review of your training videos with technique feedback, training & nutrition modifications as needed and more

CM30 Facebook Community Access

Training & Nutrition Coaching is a $130 per week commitment and an initial $30 sign up fee which secures your place, covers your startup Zoom consult, macro calculations, eBook and new client set up. Training & Nutrition Coaching has a minimum 12 week commitment. Direct debits will be made from your nominated account weekly which will be set up at a later stage.
