Online Coaching is perfect if you want the right programs and nutrition targets to achieve your goals but aren’t looking for in person PT. Whether you want to lose body fat, feel strong, build lean muscle mass or all of the above, our Online Coaching is a personalised service which will support you in defining and achieving your goals.
Our Online Coaching is right for you if:

Customised training program (4 or 5 days per week)

Email support with Nutritionist, help choosing meals off menus when eating out, checking food labels, MFP support

App access with exercise demonstration videos, progress tracker for weight, photos & measurements, custom training program

Fortnightly check ins including My Fitness Pal review, review of your training videos with technique feedback, training & nutrition modifications as needed and more

Online Coaching is a commitment of $80 per week and an initial $30 sign up fee which secures your place, covers your startup Zoom consult, macro calculations, eBook and new client set up. Online Coaching has a minimum 12 week commitment. Direct debits will be made from your nominated account weekly which will be set up at a later stage.
